Responsibilities :

  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of the Human Resources Systems particularly the self service system and job application portal.
  • Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department.
  • Prepared periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
  • Assists in the recruitment process using the bank standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
  • Reviews the resumes for all job candidates and interviews potentials.
  • Conducts job analysis upon request.
  • Assists with the development of Human Resources policies for the bank.
  • Participates in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
  • Assists with the carrying out of a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, and superior workforce development, key employee retention.
  • Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish appositive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Conduct periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent  in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent.
  • Three to five plus years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Specialized training in organizational planning, organization development, employee relations.
