  • Responsibilities& Duties
  1. Opens accounts for bank customers.
  2. Explain services available to customers.
  3. Help customers resolve accounts problems.
  4. Help customers complete  applications.
  5.  Assist banking customers by answering questions about their accounts and available banking services.
  6. Provide information enquiries about products or services.
  7. understand the customers problems and also resolve complaints.
  8. Make regular changes or updates to a customer’s profiles and accounts information.
  9.  keep records of transactions and maintain a database of information.
  • Requirements
  1. Bachelor degree.
  2. 1 -2 years experience in the same field .
  3. Advanced computer skills.
  4. Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  5. Must have good communication skills.
  6. Able to work under pressure.
  7. Excellent Analytical and presentations skills.
  8. Strong negotiations skills.
  9. Able to work under pressure.
