Support Services Officer/ Safita Office
  • Responsibilities & Duties:
  1. Maintain and Manage the Branch's Correspondence (mail, fax, e-mail).
  2. Manage and Organize the incoming and outgoing Postage (internal and external.
  3. Print and Organize all the Memos and schedules related to the branch and complementary to the work of the branch manager.
  4. Maintain and keep all the Branch's Document.
  5. Manage the incoming and outgoing Calls from and to the branch
  6. Organize the Customers appointments.


  • Requirements:
  1. Institute Degree.
  2. At least one year experience in the same filed.
  3. Good at Ms. Office Applications.
  4. Good communication skills.
