Executive Secretary

Job Duties:

  • Prepares correspondence and brief reports in response to requests for information as necessary in order to relief manager in routine tasks
  • Coordinates arrangements for meetings.
  • Performs routine secretarial tasks including filing,calendaring,receiving and screening telephone calls in addition to  reviewing incoming and outgoing correspondence .


  • institute certificate
  • Minimum 1year experience as a Secretary
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good in english
