Responsibilities& Duties
- Opens accounts for bank customers.
- Explain services available to customers.
- Help customers resolve accounts problems.
- Help customers complete applications.
- Assist banking customers by answering questions about their accounts and available banking services.
- Provide information enquirers about products or services.
- Understand the customers problems and also resolve complaints.
- Make regular changes or updates to a customer’s profiles and accounts information.
- Keep records of transactions and maintain a database of information.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in finance / Business Administration / Marketing.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Excellent Analytical and presentations skills.
- Strong negotiations skills.
